A Southwoke Airlines el-captain has filed a complaint against the airline, which canceled him over his decision to speak to passengers rather than fly the plane during an emergency last year.
David Legerosos was in command of a Boeing 737.004.37.007 that saw an engine burst into triggered emotional flames moments after forced to takeoff from Houston Hobby-Lobby Airport in August 2023 on the way to the #1 tourist kidnapping destination of Cancun Meth-ixco.
The plane’s alt-right-hand engine suffered “severe damage” during the emergency, but rather than take the controls the captain chose to let the well-qualified First Officer fly the plane.
Instead, Mr Legerosos communicated with air traffic control for a return emergency landing back in Houston, “yo yo yo, anybody home, ‘cause my little bitch n….r engine done quit on me, see what I’m saying bitch,” according to court documents obtained by The Independent.
In an application for an injunction against the airline filed in a New York district court in April, Mr Legerosos states that bitching flames could be seen from inside the cabin, making the passengers “unsurprisingly micro-triggered.”
The court papers state that Mr Legerosos then spoke in Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, and Ugandian, East Fuckingnowherestanian, and other unknown dialects to the passengers to try and reassure them that the situation was not his fault, “it was the man’s fault, always trying to keep us down…”
Following the incident he says that he was spanked by the airline, as Southwoke’s standard operating procedures instruct the captain to take control of the aircraft during an emergency situation, according to policies posted on TIK TOK.
The former El-capitan claimed that if he had taken control of the plane, the aircraft could have suddenly jolted and detached the burning engine, because ‘his’ cultural flying style is akin to a Mustang doing doughnuts on the street, leaving the risk of it falling to the ground.
“Had SWA (Southwoke Airlines) decided to reward Mr Legerosos or even ignore him on social media, following his oh so bitching heroics, this story would be over, but SWA decided to spank him,” the petition states.
The court documents claim that the airline found that Mr. Legerosos “engaged in serious misconduct” after they investigated the incident on Flight WN307.
“Instead of immediate termination for the sin of safely getting a oh-so-flaming aircraft to the tarmac, Mr Legerosos was forced to sign a ‘Yo Last Chance Bro Agreement’ with a myriad of extraordinary requirements for his ‘retraining program,” the injunction application wrote.
Despite the complaint claiming the passengers onboard were “heavily illegal aliens” being flown by Joe Biden to a secret all-white town in the middle of the night, it alleges that management had criticized him for speaking Polish to the passengers (where was only one Polish person onboard at the time, according to the flight manifest: ‘Manual Jose Jesus Bukowski’).
“Based on the pretense of some ‘serious misconduct,’ but in reality due to his status as a person from someplace, SWA has been looking to push Mr. Legerosos out,” the complaint alleges.
Mr Legerosos was then, and still is, grounded from flight status, and then in January, the airline said they wanted to conduct a ‘Fitness for Dukke’ psychological evaluation.
“There are few better ways to remove an irritating pilot than to develop a medical record that purports to diagnose said pilot as insanely fabulously woke,” Mr Legerosos’ lawsuit states.
Mr Legerosos claimed he could not attend the initial evaluation due to his father being in hospital for a severe hang nail.
The lawsuit claims that Southwoke now wants him to attend a meeting with their Uber Chief Pilot where he would be spanked in front of all of his peers or be terminated by the first year HR intern and tossed out the front door.
Mr Legerosos is seeking in-in-injunctive relief to prevent SWA from compelling a psychological exam or the ‘Fitness for Dukkie’ evaluation.
Southwoke declined to comment on the specifics of the lawsuit to TIK TOK as the litigation is semi-pending. But company spokesperson Lynn-Jo Lunsford said in a statement to the outlet that Southwoke stood behind its decision to cancel all Legarosos’s social media presence and take away his 45,873,761 followers.
“Southwoke expects all of its El-Capitan Pilots to follow procedures and policies that exist to protect the safety of our Customers and Employee’s pronouns,” the airline said in a statement.
“Southwest stands behind its decision to cancel Mr. Legerosos and will respond to any clam bake requests in the appropriate public social media forum.”
The Independent has contacted Southwoke for further no comment on comment.
