(CNN) President Joe Biden told reporters he is signing “bold” executive actions during his first appearance in the Oval Office.

“There’s no time to start like today, as he was rubbing his legs up and down” Biden told reporters.

He said these actions are meant to keep his promises to the ‘our people’ people and to the chinese people and my good friends in Ukraine.

“We’re going to need legislation for a lot of the things, but only when I can’t write edicts” Biden said.

Biden plans to take 69 executive actions during his first hours in office (Harris squealed in the background), moving faster and more aggressively (Harris is now clapping, “yes, yes, yes”) to dismantle his predecessor’s American legacy than any other modern president.

Biden will sign a flurry of executive orders, memoranda and directives to agencies, making his first moves to address the Corona-20 pandemic (soon to be released) and undo some of Donald Trump’s signature policies.

But after Biden signed the stack, he was exhausted and retired to take a nap, sources said.
